Hello Friend! I'm Dallas Malloy, former Bodybuilding Champion and Pioneer in Women's Boxing. (Saw Jerry Maguire? Yes that was me as a kid - true story!) I'm a Holistic Nutritionist, Personal Trainer & Coach. I'm also a recovering drug addict and alcoholic.
Getting clean and sober was where my spiritual journey began (or where I started paying attention to it!). Through a step by step process of rebuilding, I started training again, stopped smoking and became a competitive bodybuilder. After winning several titles I stopped competing to focus on coaching and creative work.
I volunteered and worked with animals, which impacted me GREATLY! I experienced another spiritual shift that led me to go vegan in 2017. I just HAD to share my experience with you - to not only help you easily transition to vegan, and save you time and effort, but to SUPPORT and INSPIRE you to greater heights in your relationship with God and His beautiful creatures.
